Will people be able to tell it's AI?
That's the whole product. Offhand drafts from your actual posts, your memory, and your never-say list — and it's built to prefer one short human sentence over a value-add essay. You also edit before sending, so nothing goes out that doesn't sound like you.
Can it post without me knowing?
No. Offhand has no ability to submit anything. It drafts into the reply box and stops — you always hit send. This is deliberate and will never change.
Is my data safe?
Your imported posts, voice profile, and memories live in your browser's local storage — they never touch our servers. Drafts are generated through our API but nothing is stored. We keep your email and subscription details.
What happens after the first 25 launch seats?
The first 25 completed annual subscriptions are $49/year and keep that rate while they stay subscribed. Once the batch is full, the same plan costs $69/year. AI is included either way — no API keys required.
What happens when X or LinkedIn changes their UI?
It breaks occasionally — that's the honest answer. When it does, drafts fall back to copy-to-clipboard so you're never stuck, and we ship selector fixes fast.
